12 months to 2-1/2 years AND non-toilet trained children
360KIDCare is open from 6am-6pm Monday – Friday.

Preschool Rates
2-1/2 years through age 5 AND toilet trained children

Fees
New Child Fees — $100 Registration Fee + $25 Supply Fee
- Non-refundable. Annual registration fee must accompany registration paperwork.
- Due every September. Summer hold fee
- 250.00 non-refundable per month the child is absent.
Payment Due
Families get to choose a payment option that best fits them:
- Monthly – Due the first of the month for that month’s care
- Bi-weekly – Due every OTHER Monday morning by 10am for the next two weeks of care
- Weekly – Due EVERY Monday morning by 10am for that week’s care
Payment is made through our Brightwheel app online.
Policies
Paperwork
All paperwork must be into the Childcare Office 24 hours before care begins. If you have DSHS subsidy we require an approval letter before start date.
Illness
Children must be symptom-free for 24 hours before they can return to school.
Late Policy
Please notify the Childcare Office by 10:00am if your child will not attend on a regularly scheduled day.
Withdrawal
A written two week notice must be submitted to the Childcare Office. Refunds, if applicable, will be prorated based on last day of attendance.
